The SmartMenu is protected by Copyright © Laws of the US and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The MENU is licensed, not sold. Below lists the Terms of Use any users must agree to before using the programs/scripts:

Users may NOT redistribute, sell, or repost for download any scripts found on ShopNetMall.net on any medium (CD-Rom, website, etc) without the expressed written permission of Shop Net Mall, Inc.

A license for the script may be obtained as a "ONE" SITE USE for $49.95 US.

Users agree not to remove the copyright notices inside each script.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the menu script, you understand that you have read and agreed to the TERMS and you agree to be Bound by the TERMS of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement or if Shop Net Mall, Inc. is unwilling to license to you, you MAY NOT use or copy any portion of the menu script and ANY license shall be deemed as null and void. These terms will be strictly enforced, and violators will face criminal charges.

MENU SCRIPTS: You may install and use one copy of the script on one site.

STORAGE: You may store or install one copy of the script solely for the purpose of updating your original menu and for safe keeping.

DUPLICATION: You MAY NOT COPY, DUPLICATE or DISTRIBUTE copies or similar versions of this script. You may store or install a copy of this menu on your server to be used on other owned sites. However, you must acquire and dedicate a license for each site operated.

SHARING: You may not share or use concurrently on different web sites.

TRANSFER: You may transfer your LICENSED COPY of this menu to another web site, PROVIDED you retain NO COPY of same on another site. Any transfer must include all prior versions of the menu and the license provided.

DISASSEMBLY or SEPARATION: Script is licensed as a single product and may not be separated, rewitten or realigned to appear or function with any of the same or similar properties.

APPEARANCE: Changes to text, colors, alignment or sizes in the script are authorized with this license. However, any type of editing does do not constitute a new version or authorship of this script.

COPYRIGHT: All title and copyrights in and to the menu (including but not limited to any images, animations, visual effects, text and applets, incorporated into the menu, or accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the menu, are owned by Shop Net Mall, Inc. The menu scripts are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You may not copy or distribute any printed materials or text accompanying the menu.

DISCLAIMER: Users agree not to hold Shop Net Mall liable for any damages resulted from proper or improper use of any of the scripts found on Shop Net Mall, Inc.

WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS, SHOP NET MALL, INC. MAY TERMINATE THIS LICENSE IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LICENSE. IN SUCH EVENT, YOU MUST DESTROY ALL COPIES OF THE MENU AND ALL OF ITS COMPONENT PARTS.

The menu and documentation (by any medium) are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph {c}{1}{ii} of the rights of Technical Data and and Computer Software clause at DFARS252.227-7013 or subparagraphs {c}{1} and {2} of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.
